Maramba River Lodge is located just 4kms from the Victoria falls and 4kms from town, in Livingstone Zambia. The lodge sits on the Maramba River, along the elephant corridor within the Mosi-O-Tunya National Park, providing our guests with extraordinary views throughout their stay.
The lodge is home to various wildlife such as elephants, birds and hippos. What sets our lodge apart from the others is our restaurant, with fresh ingredients cooked to order, an international wine selection that is a sommelier’s dream, a luxury Suntracker motorboat for river safaris, and an extensive playground for children with the option for child care. Most of all, guests at Maramba River Lodge will feel the peace and tranquility of Zambia’s unique natural environment.
Under new management since July 2020, Maramba River Lodge has been recently renovated. Visitors can choose from well-appointed chalets or ‘glamp’ in luxurious tents. Guests can enjoy a moment of peace on the veranda of the chalet or tents, or rest inside under a ceiling fan or with the air conditioning.
Maramba River Lodge encourages its guests to reduce the use of plastic waste during their stay. Glass bottles are provided in the rooms which are refilled with mineral water on a daily basis, guests also have the option to have water refilled by the glass at the bar and restaurant area instead of buying water by the plastic bottle.
Furthermore, by visiting our lodge you will be supporting our mission to uplift and empower the community by investing through employment, as well as the conservation of local wildlife, culture and traditions.
